From the most basic troubleshooting of problems to identifying how to improve the efficiency of the site’s operation, PTE has the breadth of skills and resources to support their clients either on a single incident basis or a planned program of onsite services.
When new single pieces of equipment or complete skids are being installed, PTE can provide the appropriate pre-installation planning and start up support all the way through to complete installation and commissioning.
For those sites with operational and equipment problems, PTE’s objective is to minimize any downtime and the associated cost by troubleshooting and repairing the issue in a single visit if at all possible.
To minimize the possibility of unplanned problems and outages, PTE offers a plan of periodic sites surveys and audits to identify possible problem areas before they become real.
The Service/Repair Department at PTE can repair and test any liquid flow equipment with capabilities up to 12,000 BBLS/HR. Send your equipment in for an evaluation. You will be charged a nominal fee of $150.00, which will be applied to your account if the quote is accepted.
A Brodie Service Representative will contact you after receiving your equipment and advise the repair charges as well as the completion date for your equipment. You may also submit a request and receive estimated cost prior to shipping of your equipment.
All equipment sent to PTE must be have an RMA (Return Material Authourization) Number!
All equipment must be purged and accompanied by a MSDS and Decontamination Statement! |
